These plates are designed according to the requirements of our clients and are suitable for applications where high stress resistance is required—such as in oil and gas refineries, heat exchangers, heating elements, and boiling operations.

Manufacturing Excellence

At Renam Alloys Inc., we produce steel plates with more than 335 MPa of heat carrying capacity, classifying them as high tensile plates. Our plates are crafted with exceptional properties that allow them to withstand wear and tear, as well as high-stress conditions. We utilize carbon steel with moderate carbon content to achieve low tensile strength, which enhances weldability. Moreover, we manufacture high tensile steel sheets using alloy materials such as chromium, nickel, vanadium, niobium, and molybdenum to deliver excellent mechanical properties.

Advanced Alloy Composition

Our high tensile steel plates contain 0.5% to 5% of various alloying elements, which significantly improve their strength and durability. We also use pure-grade raw materials, enriched with titanium and nickel, to further enhance the tensile strength. These alloy compositions contribute to the production of stainless steel high tensile plates that offer superior elasticity and structural integrity. The malleability of our plates makes them ideal for use in dumper bodies and applications that require resistance to high pressure and extreme conditions.
