Quenched & Tempered Steel Plates

Quenched & tempered steel plates are created by alloying steels with elements such as nickel and manganese, which lower the eutectoid temperature. Despite this, the kinetic barriers to phase transformation remain unchanged. This allows for quenching at lower temperatures, simplifying the process. Additionally, high-speed steel contains tungsten, which helps raise kinetic barriers, creating the impression that the material has been cooled faster than it actually has. Even when these alloys are cooled slowly in air, most of the desired effects of quenching are retained.

During the shipping process, barcodes are scanned to generate shipping documents with all relevant plate information preprinted on the customer's bill of lading. Quench Hardening Process

Quench hardening is a process where steel and cast iron alloys are strengthened and hardened. The material is heated to a specific temperature and then rapidly cooled to produce a harder material. This process can be surface-hardened or through-hardened, depending on the cooling rate. Afterward, the material is often tempered to reduce brittleness. Common items that undergo quench hardening include gears, shafts, and blocks.

Quality and Durability Testing

Our products undergo a series of tests to ensure their quality and durability. These tests include critical and non-destructive tests, such as the hydrostatic test, Charpy test, mechanical test, hardness test, and tensile test. Other important tests include chemical analysis (spectro analysis), intergranular corrosion test, ultrasonic test, radiographic test, and pit corrosion test.

Our products come with essential documentation, such as the commercial invoice, NABL test report, MTC report, fumigation certificates, and packing list (including net and gross weight, quantity, and marks). Additional documentation includes the Certificate of Origin from legalized manufacturers or embassies, the raw material test report, and a guarantee letter.

We use high-quality packaging methods such as wooden cases, spiral wound paper tubes, cartons, crates, and boxes.
